Susan Rubin received her BFA from Parsons School of Design in New York. Additional studies in art include Cooper Union, NYU and School of Visual Arts, all in New York and Ecole des Beaux Arts in Paris.
Ms. Rubin's photography has been featured in publications such as Vogue Italia, Glamour Italia, Vanity Fair, Self, Teen Vogue, Travel + Leisure, The New Yorker and Time magazines. Advertising clients include Biotherm, Sony, Nautica, Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom's, Wacoal, Logo Paris, and Kenneth Cole. She has also directed several national commercials.
Ms. Rubin's fine art photo-based work is in the collection of prominent museums including The Brooklyn Museum of Art and has been exhibited as solo shows in galleries and museums throughout the U.S. and Europe. She has received numerous awards from among others, Hasselblad and the New York Foundation for the Arts. Ms. Rubin has been interviewed in over 25 publications, on television and on the radio internationally.
Susan's love of animals has moved her to create and produce the national tv and web series "From the Pound to the Penthouse: Celebrities and Their Rescued Pets".
